A Bit of Sunshine Will Warm the Soul
Stellar beings,
It’s ya boi, Cosmos Ray here. I pray all is well and that 2011 has been kind thus far. As always we appreciate all the support and energy you’ve directed our way! Great things abound for The Mighty Akasha Crew!
It has been a few moons since our last show and we are excited to announce we are playing Chicago’s Lincoln Hall February 23, 2011. For all those in Chicago, if you haven’t been to Lincoln Hall you need to check it–great sound and great food. It is one of the best music venues in the city and what better way to experience its glory, then viewing your favorite crew, Akasha.
Also blessing the stage with us:
We really need to rock in front of a massive, excited crowd. So mark your calendars and alert any friends and family in Chicago that it is urgent, no no, mandatory that they go see Akasha Weds, Feb 23, 2011 at Lincoln Hall! (Buy Tix) Dancing is the only requirement from there.
For all the video-headz, we just uploaded a new video on our YouTube Channel for our hit single “Ooh U Got Me”, from the How They Move record. If you’re like us and live in the frozen tundra of North America, then this bit of sunshine will warm the soul! For all the Chitown fans, you can reminisce about warmer days!
Last but not least Akasha is just wrapping up the final mixes for our new recording! I know we couldn’t believe it either. I must say recording has once again reminded me how powerful music is as medicine for any ailment. Stay tuned for the release of this latest project.
with love and gratitude,
Cosmos Ray
The Mighty Akasha Crew
